Pistachio Bread

1 pkg. yellow cake mix

4 eggs

¼ c. vegetable oil

2 Tbsp. water

½ c. maraschino cherries

1 c. sour cream

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

2 Tbsp. white sugar

½ tsp. green food coloring

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour (2) 9×5” loaf pans. Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, water, pudding mix, sour cream, cherries, and food coloring. Pour into prepared pans. In small bowl stir together cinnamon & sugar. Sprinkle tops of loaves with mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool. Yield: 24 servings.
