FEBRUARY 25TH: CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUTS

Gooey Chocolate Peanut Bars

1 pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

2 c. chocolate covered peanuts

1 c. mini marshmallows

½ c. butterscotch ice cream topping

Press cookie dough into ungreased 9×13” baking pan. Bake at 350° for 14-16 minutes or until edges are lightly browned & center is set. Sprinkle with peanuts & marshmallows; drizzle with ice cream topping. Bake 6-8 minutes longer or until marshmallows are puffed. Cool completely; cut into bars. Yield: 2 dozen.
