FEBRUARY 12TH: PLUM PUDDING and PANCAKES

Plum Cake

2 c. flour

¼ tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. cloves

¼ tsp. nutmeg

2 small jars plum baby food

3 eggs, beaten

1 c. vegetable oil

Confectioners’ sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Sift dry ingredients in bowl and set aside. Add plums, cooking oil and eggs. Blend well. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour or until cake springs back to touch. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
