Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Handle Multiple Weekend Accidents

(Dodge County) The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office was busy with several motor vehicle accidents on Saturday. A three-vehicle injury accident involving two cars and a semi-truck shut down both lanes of Highway 33 for one hour around 6pm in the Town of Herman. A 24-year-old Juneau woman rear-ended an eastbound car and then crossed over the centerline and struck the westbound truck.  The Juneau woman was transported to West Bend with serious injuries. Any other injuries were said to be minor. A two-vehicle injury accident was reported around 11am on County Road G at County S in the Town of Beaver Dam. And there were also four car-deer crashes reported at dusk in less than three hours along with a vehicle-versus-horse collision. That accident happened around 6:30pm on County Road Y near Slag Road in the Town of Williamstown. The 76-year-old Mayville man driving the vehicle and his passenger, a 75-year-old Mayville woman, were not injured. The horse died at the scene.
