This part-time position combines the duties of the Accounting Clerk and Housing Caseworker and is responsible for assisting Housing Authority staff with accounting, clerical and office functions. This position includes performing eligibility determinations of clients, answering the phone and greeting general public contact and clients and therefore the individual needs to possess and exercise good judgment, interviewing skills and interpersonal relationship/communication skills. A high level of confidentiality is necessary. Fair Housing compliance required.
Work week – 21 hours per week
Office Hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
Closed on weekends, nights and holidays
Starting salary – $11.50 per hour
This position does not offer any benefits.
