4/4/17 – The Beaver Dam Common Council bid farewell to longtime Council President Jon Litscher Monday night. Litscher, who recently revived his position as the head of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, is moving out of the city. He has been on the council since 2005. Kay Appenfeldt is running unopposed for the Ward 11 seat.
