DECEMBER 28TH: CHOCOLATE

Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip   

Mix together 2 c. ricotta cheese, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and ¾ c. mini chocolate chips. Spoon into serving bowl and top with additional 1 Tbsp. chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp. chopped pistachios. Dust with 1 tsp. powdered sugar. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with broken-up waffle cones. Makes 2 ½ c.
