DECEMBER 17TH: MAPLE SYRUP

Homemade Pancake Syrup

1 c. packed brown sugar

1 c. sugar

1 c. water

1 tsp. maple flavoring

In small saucepan, combine the sugars and water. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in maple flavoring. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 2 cups.
