Honey Maple Pork Chops

2 Tbsp. honey

2 Tbsp. maple syrup

1/8 tsp. all spice

4 (6 oz.) pork loin chops (3/4” thick)

¼ tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat grill. In small bowl, combine honey, syrup and all spice; mix well. Sprinkle pork chops with salt & pepper. When ready to grill, brush pork chops with honey mixture. Place chops on gas grill over MEDIUM heat or on charcoal grill 4-6” from medium coals; cover grill. Cook 8-10 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center, turning once and brushing occasionally with sauce. 4 servings. (To broil: place pork chops on broiler pan; broil 4-6” from heat using times above as guide).
