DECEMBER 15TH – LEMON CUPCAKE

Lemon Torte

1 yellow Jiffy® cake mix

1 pkg. regular lemon pudding

1 pkg. instant lemon pudding

1 8 oz. container Cool Whip® or Dream Whip®

2 c. milk

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix and bake Jiffy cake mix as directed on package in 9×13” pan. Combine cream cheese (room temperature) with milk. Slowly swirl in instant lemon pudding. Spread over cooled cake. Cook regular pudding and let cool. Spread over top of cooled cake. Top with Cool Whip or Dream Whip. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
