Columbus School’s Archery Program Growing

4/15/17 – The remarkable growth in the Archery PE offering at Columbus Schools is getting lots of attention as we approach NAPS national finals in May. Head coach of the 4th to 12th grade student archers is Jen Parchem. Parchem says interest in Archery at Columbus schools continues to grow among all ages. Saying that the older kids to such a great job of leading and mentoring the younger kids and that when the season starts the older kids pair up with the younger kids. Parchem said that the number of public schools providing archery instruction programs is growing around the world. There are now over one hundred and thirty students in Columbus schools learning how to safely use and enjoy bow and arrow archery.
