CCAP Technician Sentenced For Child Porn

7/24/17 – Three years in prison and ten years of extended supervision for a Randolph man convicted of possessing child pornography. Sean Robillard was stopped in May of 2016 in Eau Claire, the same day officers executed a search warrant at his home.  The 49-year-old Robillard, who worked as a technical engineer for the state’s online court records system known as CCAP, allowed officers to search his laptop while the vehicle was stopped and admitted it had inappropriate images. Robillard was sentenced Friday after pleading no contest in April to three felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography
