Beaver Dam Teen Appears On Exploitation Charge

(Beaver Dam) A Beaver Dam teen facing over 187-years in prison for allegedly filming sexual encounters with minors made his initial appearance in court Monday. Sebastian De Jager is charged with four felony counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child, one felony count of Possession of Child Pornography and three misdemeanor charges of Sexual Intercourse with a Child 16 or Older. The 19-year-old reportedly admitted to Beaver Dam police in June that he had consensual sex with three females between November of 2017 and June of 2018. According to the criminal complaint, the three victims agreed the encounters were consensual and confirmed that De Jager knew how old they were. However, one individual allegedly told investigators that De Jager had raped her while she was unconscious. Police also uncovered several photos and videos on De Jager’s cellphone that reportedly documented the sexual acts. Signature bond was set at $1,000 dollars and a judge will decide in December if there is enough evidence to order a trial.
