Beaver Dam Man Sentenced To Prison For Burglary

11/1/17 – A Beaver Dam man will spend three years in prison for stealing jewelry from a neighbor. Cody Reifsnider was also sentenced Wednesday to four years of extended supervision after pleading guilty in August to felony Burglary of a Building or Dwelling. Beaver Dam police were dispatched last November after the victim reported that someone stole the items from a bedroom. The 30-year-old Reifsnider had a key to the residence. The victim also noticed that a juice box had been moved and fingerprints were taken. The results from a DNA analysis linked Reifsnider to the juice box. Investigators also connected him to the stolen items through a Beaver Dam pawn shop.
