Beaver Dam Man Enters Not Guilty Plea To Burglary Charge

5/17/17 – A not guilty plea was entered at arraignment yesterday for a Beaver Dam accused of stealing jewelry from a neighbor. Cody Reifsnider is charged with felony Burglary and misdemeanor Theft. Beaver Dam police were dispatched after the victim reported that someone stole the items from a bedroom. The 29-year-old Reifsnider reportedly had a key to the residence. The victim also noticed that a juice box had been moved and fingerprints were taken. The results from a DNA analysis linked Reifsnider to the juice box. Investigators also connected him to the stolen items through a Beaver Dam pawn shop. If convicted, Reifsnider could face up to 13-years in prison. Further court activity is on the calendar next month.
