Beaver Dam Community Hospital To Host Safety First Open House

(Beaver Dam) Beaver Dam residents have a chance to teach their kids safety practices today.  The Beaver Dam Community Hospital is holding its Eleventh Annual Safety First Open House.  The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office and Beaver Dam Police and other area agencies will be on hand providing things like boating safety tips, a fatal vision goggle demonstration, and a bike obstacle course.  There will also be health information exhibits, CPR instruction, child identification fingerprinting, and a car seat safety check.  The free event runs from 9 am to Noon with a MedFlight helicopter scheduled to land on the hospital roof at 11 am.  Most stations will be set up in the hospital’s lobby, conference rooms, and parking lot.
