Beaver Dam Chamber To Recognize Non-Profit, Citizen And Business Of The Year

(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce will again be honoring a Non-Profit, Citizens and Business of the Year at the Chamber’s Annual Dinner in January. St. Vincent de Paul Society of Dodge County is a local chapter of the international Catholic charitable organization that helps support hundreds of people in need every year. Citizen of the Year Mary Fitzgerald is a lifelong resident of Beaver Dam with deep roots in the community. She has supported various organizations over the years. Chamber President Phil Fritsche says Fitzgerald’s affinity to help those with special needs has been a particular blessing for the community. Reed Chrysler will be recognized as the Business of the Year. Fritsche says they have been a quiet supporter, with time talent and treasure of many local nonprofit organizations. Fritsche adds that management and employees of Reed have had an emphasis in supporting groups that cater to youth in the community. All three will be recognized at the chamber’s Annual Dinner, which will be held on Wednesday, January 30 2019.
