Beaver Dam Chamber Recognizes Business, Non-Profit, Citizen of the Year

(Beaver Dam) A local business, non-profit and citizen were honored during the Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Dinner Thursday night. Reed Chrysler was recognized as the 2018 Business of the Year.

Chris Kuenzl, who has been with the company for 13 years, spoke on behalf of Brent Reed who was unable to attend. He said Brent was honored to receive the award and that it is very humbling.

St. Vincent de Paul Society of Dodge County, which was awarded the Non-Profit of the Year, is a local chapter of the international Catholic charitable organization that supports hundreds of people in need every year. Saint Vincent DePaul Store Manager Ben Nelson thanked the Chamber for the honor they have shown their society through the award.

Lifelong Beaver Dam resident Mary Fitzgerald was recognized as the Citizen of the Year. She said she was humbled and thanked a community that gives so much back to itself.

Chamber Member of the Year went to Andy Magurs who has spent over 22 years in Beaver Dam.
