Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce Candidates Forum Wednesday Night

(Beaver Dam) The Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce is hosting their annual Spring Election Candidates Forum tonight. The free event allows the public an opportunity to ask questions of those running in contested Beaver Dam-area races. Candidates attending tonight include those vying for aldermanic Ward 12 where incumbent Dan Doyle is being challenged by former alderwoman Donna Maly. Ward Two incumbent Alderwoman Mary Flaherty will be on the panel; Flaherty’s opponent declined the invitation. The candidates from the only contested supervisor race on the Dodge County Board will also be part of the forum: Evonne Boettge and Dale Macheelare competing for an open seat in a district that borders Beaver Dam Lake in the Town of Westford and also portions of the Village of Randolph. The Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce Candidates Forum will be held Wednesday from 7pm to 8:30pm in the Veteran’s Center at 300 Beichl Avenue. The forum will be broadcast live on AM1430 WBEV and streamed at DailyDodge.com. A copy of the forum format, with the rules and the timing of the six segments of the event, is available by going to the chamber’s website:  www.beaverdamchamber.com.  Click on the box on the front page with the image of a man voting to access the document.
