AUGUST 15TH – ANGEL FOOD CAKE, LEMON MERINGUE PIE

Pineapple Angel Food Cake

1 (16 oz.) pkg. angel food cake mix

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9×13” pan with vegetable spray. In large bowl, combine cake mix and pineapple (with juice). Mix until well blended. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool. Serve with whipped topping. Yield: 24 servings.
