3/19/17 – Authorities in Green Lake County say a fatal fire on Monday is being treated as a homicide and a suspect is in custody. The fire occurred just before 1am at 103 South Farmer Street in the city of Princeton. At a press conference yesterday, Princeton Police Chief Matthew Bargenquast announced that a person of interest has been arrested and was taken into custody on a probation warrant by authorities in Florida with help from the US Justice Department. An autopsy was conducted the day after the fire. The results of the autopsy are not yet available and the name of the deceased will be released once the person is identified and next of kin are notified.
