APRIL 17TH:

Pineapple Cheese Ball

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

2 c. chopped pecans

1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

¼ c. green pepper, finely chopped

2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped

In medium bowl, with fork, mix cream cheese until smooth. Stir in pineapple, 1 c. pecans, green pepper, onion & seasoned salt. Shape into ball & roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in foil; refrigerate overnight. To serve: garnish with pineapple slices & cherries, if desired. Surround with assorted crackers.
