Ann was born to the late Antonio and Giavanna (nee Conte) DeCaprio on June 3, 1937 in Brooklyn, NY. Ann married the late Robert F. Westover on May 8, 1953 and together they lived in Wisconsin before relocating to Arizona. Prior to her retirement, Ann had been employed for more than 25 years with the State of Arizona, Pinal County working in the Public Health Division. Ann was an avid bowler traveling to compete in numerous tournaments throughout the United States; her favorite being in Las Vegas. As her health and body deteriorated, she continued with these hobbies through Wii bowling and activities at The Watermark in Beaver Dam.
Ann had a strong faith in God and was a member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish. A private family Mass will take place in her honor. She was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but fond memories. Ann will be deeply missed by all who loved her and knew her well.
